sector of concern

Though agriculture occupies 60% of workforce of india it still accounts for less than 16% in GDP, and this share is declining day by. Now the thing is why?

Actually, new entrepreneurs in india are more inclined towrds sectors of either technology and education, or other such sectors that feed on the wants and desires of ppl and not their needs. Those who live in urban areas or cities have made up their mind k ok.. this is the country we live.. our india is bounded in the boundaries of NCR (or odr such zones).

I was once told by my instructor.. whenever you have confusion just "rely on basics"..

We must learn from here that if you have to strike at the nerve take a chance on rural areas.

This way you can frame out a policy or system that shall be fruitful for the society and also for you.

One might think k i ve been talking all about sort of.. Social Entrepreneurship.. but think on my point, guys. There do exist ways through which one can generate as kool as 10 crore a year only through crop rotation and clever layout planning of the farms..

..there is a need of taking up high quality steps and efficient management of resources be it human resource.

If agriculture is using such a great % of our H.R. then why not the efficiency of system is upto the mark.. the thing is that there is a lack of confidence among the new grads on agriculture and that's just coz they think that the image of a farmer is that of "life in misery". A stupid farmer is ofcourse gonna be poor. Why not to be smart and clever enough to recognize the oppurtunity that our own land gives to us.This is ofcourse far better than "working like a dumbo".. for a bank, unless n untill you dont do nething fruitful there..

..so ppl dont take my wordz on nerves if they hurt your sentiments n egos..n just try n give thots to "what is needed?" than "what is wanted?"...

keep rocking.
